Delivery Area:
We offer shipping to most countries. However, please note that due to complex weather conditions and slow shipping times, we require a minimum charge of €85 for shipping to Iceland. If your shipping address is in Iceland, please contact us via email at support@ateasehomelife.com before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Free Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping any European country except Iceland. Simply place your order on our website to enjoy this benefit. For non-European regions, please contact our customer service team via email to discuss delivery costs.
Additional Shipping Options:
If you require fast delivery, we also offer international express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us at support@ateasehomelife.com if you need this service.
After the customer has paid the fast shipping fee (including fast shipping methods such as EMS in Hong Kong, Expedited Express for Small Pieces.), the shipping fee is not refundable if the goods have already been shipped.

Once everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a detailed shipping address, including the street number, to avoid any delays in shipment. Stock Availability:
Please be aware that stock levels indicated on our website are based on the information we receive from our own warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. Stock levels can change rapidly, and even if a product is listed as "In stock" on our site, it does not guarantee availability at the time of order placement. We advise against scheduling an electrician based on stock levels and delivery time indicated on our site. It is recommended to schedule the electrician once the item has arrived.

Compensation for Late Delivery:
We understand the importance of timely delivery and apologize for any delays. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will provide you with 10% compensation of the order price for the delayed goods. We strive to ensure that your goods arrive on time and will make every effort to rectify any delays.
Refuse To Receive The Goods
When the order has been shipped, but the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any charges for shipping. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the returned shipping costs exceed the value of the item), a refund cannot be obtained.
Wrong Address
In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, and when the package has been returned by the relevant parcel service, the shipping costs will be recovered from the customer (not per the table above). The price of the ordered items will be returned when atEASE has received the ordered items back. atEASE will contact you to inform you when the ordered items have been received.
Availability
We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, it is possible that some items on our website are no longer in stock. If this is the case, the payment will be automatically refunded; the return of your payment includes a notification stating that the desired item is no longer in stock.
